Lady Legends Fastpitch, Inc.  is committed to providing an environment that is free from discrimination and harassment. The club prohibits discrimination and harassment based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Lady Legends Fastpitch, Inc. is committed to compliance with all applicable laws providing equal participation opportunities. This commitment applies to all persons involved in the operations of the club and prohibits unlawful discrimination by any legal representative of the club, including board members and coaches.

Any participant who believes they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment should report the incident immediately to a member of the board.  Lady Legends Fastpitch, Inc. will not tolerate retaliation against any individual who reports discrimination or harassment.

Lady Legends Fastpitch, Inc. will take all necessary and appropriate actions to investigate reports of discrimination and harassment and will take prompt corrective action to address any violations of this policy.
